Have issues logging into UWS resources?


  • I can't log into webmail, webCampus or myUWS. No problem! Go to the Office 365 login page and select "Forgot your password" to reset your password.

    • This applies to UWS Domain Credentials (Computer login, webCampus, myUWS, email, etc)

    • Once you reset your password, allow up to 30 minutes for the change to sync back to our servers in order to access systems such as webCampus, myUWS, and other connected systems.

    • If you cannot reset your own password, submit a ticket and the service desk technicians will contact you. Don't forget to provide an alternate email and a phone number!

  • Your user name is generally your first initial and last name (or full email address - username@uws.edu or username@students.uws.edu). If you forgot your user name or are having trouble resetting your password, please contact the service desk by clicking 'Request Service' to the right.


  • Allows Students, Faculty and Staff to reset their password and unlock their account without waiting for support.

  • Update one password in one place (Most UWS systems use the same password).
