General UWS Hardware Support Request

Overview

  • Request service for various technology equipment, including computers, tablets, phones and various peripherals (such as mice, keyboards, printers, etc).

  • Faculty, staff and students are eligible to request this service.

Benefits

  • Ensures the help desk receives as much information as possible to efficiently troubleshoot the equipment.

  • Allows selection of asset so the help desk knows which equipment is in question.
