For general, on-campus, issues with connecting to the Internet or to the UWS network.
- Not able to connect to the Internet/Network via Wifi
- Not able to connect to the Internet/Network via an Ethernet port.
Quick Troubleshooting
Make sure that the following are true when troubleshooting internet connection issues
- Wifi - Make sure that you have selected the desired wifi network on your computer
- Wifi - Try disconnecting from the wifi network and then reconnecting
- Ethernet - Make sure that your computer is connected to the ethernet port via an Ethernet cable
